Hi, I’m Reese.

I’m an architecture graduate who designs with a strong focus on how people experience space. I believe architecture should be more than functional. It should be intuitive, memorable, and grounded in purpose.

My work is shaped by light, movement, material honesty, and context. I’m drawn to projects that balance clarity and atmosphere, where structure and detail quietly support how people gather, move, and feel.

My Design Philosophy

I see architecture as both a creative and technical practice. My design process values experimentation, precision, and care at every scale, from early sketches and massing studies to refined details and final visuals.

I’m especially interested in architecture that feels real and human. Spaces that respond to their environment, adapt over time, and improve everyday life without calling attention to themselves.

Through internships at DKO Architecture, VIA Design, and Rockford Construction, I’ve supported architectural and interior design teams on hospitality, workplace, and commercial projects.

My experience includes concept development, schematic design, client presentations, visualization, and exposure to construction documentation and sustainable building strategies. I enjoy collaborating across disciplines and learning how design decisions translate into built work.

Where Light, Space, and People Meet

My Portfolio.

My process begins by getting hands-on. I sketch, model, test, and iterate early and often, using physical studies, digital modeling, and visual exploration to understand a project from multiple angles.

Across my academic and professional work, I’ve developed projects through concept development, schematic design, visualization, and technical refinement. I enjoy translating abstract ideas into clear spatial strategies and buildable systems.

My portfolio includes academic and professional work across pavilion design, stadium architecture, transit hubs, commercial systems, and winery design.

Projects range from experimental design-build work at SCAD to real-world collaboration during internships, with a consistent focus on spatial experience, adaptability, and sustainable thinking.
